the cost all depends on the artist. It was a christmas present so I didn't pay much at all. Some charge by session, some charge by hour.

well, that piece took 3 sittings. about 2.5 hours a sitting. My ex did it for me so I think I paid like 150 but only cause i wanted to...usually, it really depends on the artist, whether they work by hour or work by session. every artist/shop is different. have you had tattoos before?
